For One Euro

Spain is a quirky country. There are no rules, people just do whatever they want.

For example. In the past week, I have made these purchases:

1) Cafe Con Leche (espresso with a bit of steamed milk)= 1€
2) Cafe Con Leche Con WHISKY ( and a healthy shot of it too) =1€
3) Cafe Con Leche, Freshly squeezed orange juice, and a piece of cake =1€
4) Bottle of Wine =1€

It´s unbelievable the things you can buy for only 1 Euro. Like I said, people just do whatever they want.

I´ve also noticed something else quite peculiar (but awesome) about Spain. While dining out your menu usually comes with a choice of beverage... at home it would generally be: water, juice, or pop. Here the choice is simply - water or wine. Outrageous! Water or Wine! As if they were on the same playing field! Naturally, our choice is always the latter. Mmm vino.
